Ticketing system
Does your system allow us to specify due dates / deadlines to
tickets? Example, when I create a ticket, I can assign specific due
date to the person.

Individual tickets do not have due dates. You can set the ticket to a milestone, so you have a group of tickets due by a specific milestone date. It's the same thing but in a workflow process.
