Ticket Prioritization

Hi guys,

Another one from the archives.

I found a post by Rick in July (in a topic with the same subject as this one), which refers to milestone prioritization along with a screenshot of this drag-n-drop functionality.

This feature seems to be missing now? I am on a Bronze plan.

    You can re-order tickets on the milestones page. That drag/drop capability is still there. It might be disabled if you enable account priorities though, since the two features would clash.
