How to remove old team members or at least make them inactive?

Is there a way to remove or deactivate an old team member so they aren't included in your total member count?

   If you go to your Access and Permissions url in the top left, and remove all the check boxes for a user and save, they are removed from the account / project.

   Removing all the checkboxes will remove the users from your project(s). You can't delete a user, you can just revoke their access.
