Are the username and password for the Atom events feed just my site username and password? The feed doesn't seem to authenticate in Apple Mail.

That is correct, it's your lighthouse profile login (your email) and you password. I just checked in Apple Mail though, it's working as expected for me.

Please let us know if you continue to have issues or have any further questions.

It's not working and I am using the email and password I use to login to the website. I click the "Subscribe" button on the overview page and then Safari picks up a URL (feed://swarthmorephoenix.lighthouseapp.com/projects/25921-the-phoenix-website/events.atom, although I also tried changing feed:// to http://) that gets added in Mail. It pops up authentication and I enter my email address and password and then a little triangle appears and no feed items show up.

Are you manually putting the URL in mail.app or is it set to your default reader and after signing in on safari it pulls up mail, asking for authentication again?

Well I tried both and neither works. I am using 1Password which I think is getting in between Safari and Mail so that's why I tried it manually.

I just tested it on a second Mac with mail and it's working as expected for me. I saw the triangle on one, and after clicking it I entered my login and it worked fine after that.

What version of the OS and mail.app are you on.

The feed is fine because it works in Opera's feed reader, for instance. It's just not showing Apple Mail.

    I'm using Snow Leopard, and Mail.app 4.1.

The triangle is gone now, by the way, but the feed just shows up as empty.

But it's still working fine in other feed readers?

I've tried this on 3 machines now, all project level feeds are working fine for me in Apple Mail, as well as every other email client I've pulled them in.

I'll try to do some more digging on the OS/Mail Client side of things on Monday though.

Yes, it's working fine in other feed readers. Thank you for taking the time to look into my problem.

(By the way: I accidentally hit "resolve issue" earlier. I don't know whether it did anything, but the issue still occurs.)

I've got it listed in my "follow-up" queue, so I'll take another look at Apple Mail as soon as I get a chance tomorrow.

All right, thanks a lot. I wasn't actually trying to get your attention, I just accidentally hit the button. It happens when my hand rests on my laptop's trackpad; suddenly the cursor will just fly off to some other place.
