Invoices
Hi,
I pay monthly for a Lighthouse account.
I can't find an email with an invoice. I've either deleted it, or never been sent one. I need an invoice for my accounts. Is there a way to get them online?

I've just found another help topic that says I should have been sent an email, and that I can't get an invoice online.
How do I request a new copy of the invoice?

If you can signup/login to lighthouse support (here...sorry we dont have it synced up with Lighthouse logins yet), we can mark this conversation as private and then discuss your specific account details.

Richard, what is your account URL and email address? you will need to register/login for this support system in order to mark this ticket as private so we can discuss it, or you can email [email blocked] with the information so we can get your that invoice.

P.S. If you do add online invoicing that would be fab. Downloadable PDFs are best, but obviously more tricky to implement.

We;re working on an entirely new billing system to resolve a lot of the conflict that we've learned about with Lighthouse and our customers. The future can't come soon enough.
