Bulk-edit 'account transfer' but tickets haven't moved?

I logged into the "fangohr" account and did the Bulk Edit using syntax in ticket above. Here's the result:

Looks good (I guess, I'm no bulk-edit expert)

But they haven't showed up in the "redspeak" account. Are they lost in never-never land?

Background:

I am an admin at both accounts, but I have separate logins

  Fangohr.lhapp.com = [email blocked]

  Redspeak.lhapp com = [email blocked]

Forgot to add, I am trying to do all of this via web browsers.

I am not a developer and I do not have an 'API token'

Will this work as a simple Bulk Edit command through the web browser?

    Xavier -

It looks like instead of moving them you just tagged the tickets with the account:redspeak tag.

In order to transfer the tickets between accounts you need to have the single profile tied to both accounts. For example, [email blocked] as an admin on both Fangohr.lhapp.com and Redspeak.lhapp com.

Then you'd be able to search for tickets tagged "account:redspeak", which should bring up the 20 tickets you're looking for. You'll choose "Bulk Edit" and then choose "Advance Edit". The following screenshot shows how to setup the move.

Tickets - Remy USA - fangohr
The most important part will be using the same profile. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Nicole

    Hi Nicole

I'm still sorta a newbie. How do you 'merge' profiles on separate accounts?

Can I just log on to fangohr.lhapp.com and change the email address to be the same I use with redspeak.lhapp.com?

    How is this done.

    Thanks

Which profile do you want to keep? We'll have to merge the profiles for you.

    Xavier,

So what we'll do is make the [email blocked] your profile account and it will have the same permissions [email blocked] currently has on Fangohr.lhapp.com. Let me know if you have any questions.

I'll let you know when the merge is complete.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

    Xavier -

Were you removed from having access to fangorh.lhapp.com?

We don't show you being a member of that account and so there is nothing to merge from the [email blocked] profile to [email blocked] profile.

    Let us know.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

    Hi

    Sorry for the late reply

We kept on trying to do this, but it would not allow me too. We deleted the '[email blocked]' account and made a new one:

I have been re-added to the fangohr.lighthouseapp.com as

    [email blocked]

We just verified I can login to both account using these emails. Can you please copy the [Remy USA] tickets from [email blocked] (the Fangohr account) to [email blocked] (the Redspeak account)

    Thanks, this is very helpful.
