Prepopulate ticket with titles

Can we pre-populate tickets with copy that suggests how to fill out a ticket. For example we use the format:
URL/ Description - this can be the ticket title
Action - what did you do
Result - what happened
Expected Result - what should have happened
Comment - extra color on the situation

Basically it would be nice to pre-populate tickets with the Action...Comment stuff so we remind ourselves to fill it out and we don't have to repeat ourselves. Of course we can delete the copy in the ticket so free form tickets are still possible.

Thanks

Rob

We don't currently have a way to prepopulate tickets. You could setup a default email template for users and email them into the system though. Not really possible with webmail, but I know most email clients offer a template option.

Ok. Please add to the consideration list for the next rev.

It's fairly unlikely that anything along those lines would get added into the web UI in the near future though. But I've added it to the requests list so it's been noted.
