Configuration questions
Hello,
I have a few questions regarding site configuration:
1. Is it possible to set up a general ticketing mailbox that people without Lighthouse accounts can use to open tickets?
If so...
2. Can we have the email for this general mailbox pre-formatted with the same required fields in our current ticket to make sure we get all the info from the user?

hey Sarah,
no, that's what our other product https://tenderapp.com is for.
we also don't have custom fields in lighthouse, but you can set up your
ticket body to have default text.
