Embedding screen prints in tickets
Our developers have requested that we do not attach files with screen prints, but rather embed the screen print in line with the comments in the trouble ticket. Can this be done?

We'll be adding code soon to display thumbnails of attached images in the ticket comments. We're currently investigating some S3 weirdness before we enable this, however.
