How do I merge two tickets?
Or what practice do you recommend for emulating this functionality if it is not directly supported by the software?

You can reference a ticket by entering it's ticket number, just as
#323, but we do not have a merge feature in Lighthouse. I tend to point one ticket to the other then mark the second ticket as a duplicate or close it out with a reference to the other ticket. It's really a matter of workflow though.
How are you using Lighthouse in a way that you would need to merge tickets?

Ok, the reference and close solution will work fine for our needs.
We have multiple developers entering tickets and sometimes the same
idea gets replicated in multiple tickets. Not intentional, but it
happens.
Thanks for the quick reply!
