what's the difference between a ticket, a project and a page?
Does anyone know what the difference is between a ticket, a
project and a page?
i am just testing this bit of kit out as we need somekind of
ticketing for bugs and tech support queries but is a little
confusing. The interface itself looks ok as it's similar to
basecamp but not sure about the structure of Tickets, Projects,
Pages.
thanks.

Tickets are the individual items or tasks.
Projects are what the tickets are for. You can invite people to projects. So lets say you are an web developer. You would create a project for your clients website, and invite them to it. Then make tickets to break down the individual tasks and bugs that need to be taken care of during the development of that project.
Pages are just a page in the project where you can store information, such as requirements or basic goals.
