Why do some milestones 'stick' to the 'Welcome bar'?
Some milestones seem to stick around for a while in the dark blue bar which contains 'Welcome ... Overview ... etc", but others do not.
Why is this, please?

That's the next milestone. You can set this by assigning a date or by manually reordering them.
