Ticket fields
I saw in a discussion that you are going to add "estimated hourly field" to the ticket. What is the estimated time this new field is going to be introduced? Also is there a way to export the comments field and eventually the hourly field using the Export CSV feature?

I'm sorry if you were misled. We do not have plans to add any fields to tickets. Time tracking and estimates is not something we currently have in the pipeline.

Oh. I just saw what Rick wrote on May 28 saying "We'll probably be adding an hourly estimate field to Lighthouse actually" so I assumed it was coming. Is there a way to customize our fields when we export the CSVs?

Hi Mark,
We ended up scrapping the estimate field idea because it goes beyond the bounds of an issue tracker.
At the moment we don't have a way to select what fields you can export in the CSV, but it should be easy enough to use whatever software you're opening them with and deleting the rows you don't wish to have.

Thank you for the response. I'm more concerned about adding fields than deleting them

No problem. We could add more information in the CSV. What additional information would you need?

Ah. It's probably going to be better to use the API for something like that.
