Attaching a ticket in Tender
Hi Support,
When attaching a Lighthouse ticket in Tender I searched the ticket number the the result was a different ticket to the one I expected, but had the same ticket number. I'm still pretty new to these systems, could you answer a couple of questions:
Should lighthouse be re-using ticket numbers? I'm not sure I see the logic in that.
and If multiple tickets with the same number is not an issue, how can I get tender to return all tickets with that number not just one?
