No reporting capabilities
Greetings,
Is there any plan to add any reporting capabilities in this tool where user can run report and then can either export it as PDF or Excel? For example if I want to run report for all open tickets for a project and then save it as Excel or PDF. There is Excel export but it just dumps everything all tickets status. You can't choose only open tickets. I have to export it as Excel and then use Excel to create report I need. There is no reporting capabilities at all in this tool.
