Reporting?
Hi there,
I've seen this question posted before (in 2011) but I would like to ask again: are there any (hidden) reporting functions in Lighthouse? We are using Lighthouse heavily and would like to do a yearly summary of all activities in our 10+ projects with total of ~10K tickets.
You have great reporting in the Tenderapp btw.

Hi Nils,
There are no report options in Lighthouse. You can still export a project's ticket information as CSV, but not the entire ticket history.
There is an open developmental ticket that I can add you to. If and when we decide to implement this feature, we'd be curious to know the kinds of metrics that would be important to you. Can you share some of your uses for reporting in your workflow?
