How to create tickets by emails
Is there a way to create tickets by assigning 1 email account to receive all support tickets?

Hi Brandi,
We attempted to create a ticket from an email but we received the error attached below. Can you also please inform me what is Uniquekey and where can I find this from our lighthouse. Please advise.

Hi Christine, you'll find the address on the bottom of the tickets page.
Navigate to your project, select "tickets" from the menu, and on the bottom of the page it'll say "You can create new tickets...." with the address!
