due-on
How do I create a due-on date milestone? I would like to see this date in the 'due' column when I download my tickets. Thank you for your assistance.

Rob -
When you create a new milestone (or edit an older one) you should the option to "Set a Due Date" just below the Milestone name field. Once you click that you'll see a calendar to select your due date.

Thanks for the quick response. I updated and created a new Milestone, but
still do not see the option to "Set a Due Date". A screen shot is attached.
What am I missing?

If you're quick-creating your milestone from within a ticket you won't be able to add the due date there. You'll want to go to the milestone link at the top and navigate to your milestone in question to edit it.
