Send email when ticket is created

Is it possible to add a supervisor email address so when a ticket is created the supervisor gets an email too?

    If they subscribe to the category in their user profile notification settings, they can be sent something for every new discussion created in the category. They can also just be alerted when a new discussion is created/added to a specific queue.

    Actually, apologies, disregard those last instructions. They aren't for Lighthouse, but for our other web app Tender.

    For Lighthouse, if you go to your user profile you can subscribe to any project you have access to and that will add you as a watcher to every new ticket in the project. If this is too much, you can add your supervisor to each ticket as needed by clicking on "Change Notifications" at the bottom of the ticket form and checking the box next to your supervisors user profile. This will add them as a watcher to that specific ticket only.
