Uploading tickets using excel tracker
Hi team,
Can i upload an excel document that has a list of all the open
tickets that i have been tracking using excel to this system?

Hey there,
We don't have an upload feature in Lighthouse, though you could use the API to import these issues from a CSV file if you had the technical abilities to write that script.
Information on our API is here - http://help.lighthouseapp.com/kb/api. We had a customer create and share this script for importing - https://github.com/edmz/csv2lighthouse.
