ticket for mor developers
I have a problem to delegate the tickets to more developers. I have more developer teams to develop native apps for android and ios.
The Problem will be the same on both OS-Systems. But there are min. 2 developers involved. They should get the same information and they should see infos from each other. Also they should set their own state to the problem, for example: iOS resolved, Android still open.
How to solve this problem in future?

You can only assign a ticket to a single user in Lighthouse. This functionality is unlikely to change. If you need them to see all tickets, then you could create specific projects for each set of developers and they can both subscribe to that project from their user profile pages. Subscribing will see them both notifications for every ticket created in the project without worrying which developer has been assigned.
