How can I move Ticket from one project to other project.

   Hi Kiran,

   When you do a search for tickets, there is a "bulk edit" button that allows you to modify all selected tickets, and you can in particular move tickets to a new project.

   However, be aware that:

   • Moved tickets don't redirect, so link to the tickets in their current project won't work
   • Because tickets don't redirect, references in other tickets will break as well
   • The tickets will get a new number
