Can I have a ticket template?

Trying to organize tickets for teams, and it would be great to have a template for all new tickets made. Is this possible?

    Bryan -

    You can setup default ticket content for each project in the project settings. To edit your project go to "Edit project" and you'll see the default ticket content field midway down the page.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac
