Add fields to default UI
I'm new to Lighhouse and I'm wondering if there's a way to view additional fields on the main UI? I don't see any way to do customize any of the presentation. Just want to confirm that is the case.
Tim

Hola Tim,
You don't need them! (No, there are no customization options..) :) Crazy, huh?

I don't understand your reply - but if you explain your specific use case,
I might be able to do something about it. =]

In the image below there is a record header (#, State, Title, Milestone,
Assigned To, Age, etc.). There are additional fields defined on the record
that are not displayed. If you click Export as shown by the arrow the
fields are visible in the excel spreadsheet. So, my original question is
is there any way to configure the UI record to add the additional fields.
This is typically a configuration to show or hide additional fields.

So busy, sry.
I last sent an inGe of an export to excel. Columns in the excel are not visible in the user interface. Is there any way to configure the columns displayed in the ui?

Any field that is displayed in the spreadsheet should be configurable to be
shown on the UI. Here is the header and 1 row of the export (sry so large)
Fields like ³Tags² and ³Due² and ³Importance² are what is being used to
manage the queue but they are not part of the web interface.

Hi Tim,
Unfortunately, the UI is not configurable at the moment, and since there is limited space, we can't add all the fields.
The way we usually go around this is simply using sort: if what you care about is importance, you sort ticket by importance (there is a colored dot on the side to indicate the importance). Similarly, if what you care more about is the next milestone, you can sort by milestone to see the next due tickets first. I typically have a few bins (saved searches) like that to quickly navigate and find what I want. I'd be happy to help you set those up as well if you need assistance creating the right query.
Just let me know.
Cheers!
