Leonhard -
No, we do not currently track that data in Lighthouse.
Sorry,

Leonhard -
You can do a ticket search for
state:resolvedand it will return all the current tickets in that state. You can search for any of your ticket states using this query, changing out "resolved" for your other states.Let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks,
Nicole

Hi Leonhard,
While we do not keep track of tickets opened/resolved in any given period, you can use the search to get that information. For example:
Tickets created between August 1st and September 1st
Tickets that are now resolved and that were last updated between August 1st and September 1st. This is not 'exactly' tickets that have been resolved during that period, as tickets may still be updated after they are resolved. But overall, we can make the assumption that tickets are not updated after they are closed, so this should be fairly close.
Hope it helps.
Cheers.
