Freezing a project
Hello,
is it possible to "freeze" a project so that it won't accept any new ticket but the existing urls would be still accessible?
Thank you very much,
-- Daniele

Hi Daniele,
Is it a public project?
Thanks.

Yes, it is a public project: http://psycopg.lighthouseapp.com/
I wish to keep the history in public, to avoid breaking existing links, but not allowing new tickets to be created.
Thank you.

I'm not asking do do it right now as I'm still working of the migration to a different system. I'd just like to know if this will be possible when it's the right moment. If not I'll just change the template message of the new ticket page and suggest to go somewhere else.
Thank you again.

Hi Daniele,
If it's a public project, we can make it readonly. Just ask us when you need to.
Cheers.
