How do you add a support button to your site?
I previously worked with a company that added button to my company's site that took a screenshot and allows you to submit a ticket. Is this part of Lighthouse, or another app like Tender?

I can't be sure of the exact setup your speaking of, but we our sister application, Tenderapp.com, is a helpdesk You can integrate your Tender with Lighthouse to easily attach a ticket to a support discussion.
