You can't delete other user profiles from Lighthouse, only your own. You can remove users from your account though - http://help.lighthouseapp.com/kb/project-management/how-do-i-remove....

Yes, thanks. I found an article after posting my question. What I really
wanted to do was update the email address of a user on our account. But,
instead I removed the old address from all access and then invited the new
address.

That's definitely one way to do it. The user themselves can also update their own user profile with a new email address (if that email address isn't already used for another user profile).
