<p>No, you can't add custom fields, but you can use the tag field
for extra ticket data. What are you wanting to do? We might be able
to help you figure out what best to do.</p>

than person who will fix the issue. So some fields like this will
be useful if we can add.<br></li>
<li>Also how can we add deadline for the ticket?<br></li>
<li>Can we modify ticket status labels? Like New, Open, Resolved,
Hold… Can we change these to say something else?</li>

way to change if it is a person. You could use tags for this but it
would get messy.</p>

can put a ticket in a milestone and give the milestone a
deadline.</p>

for high/medium/low as a field on tickets if you have enabled
priorities. The ticket overview shows the ticket priority as a
colored dot.</p>
