Custom fields
Hi,
Can i create custom fields in projects or tasks or tickets? We need to attach some extra data to the ticket so we need custom fields.
Thanks,
Z

No, you can't add custom fields, but you can use the tag field for extra ticket data. What are you wanting to do? We might be able to help you figure out what best to do.
Thanks,
Nicole

Hi Nicole,
Thanks for quick response.
1. We have like content owner and some other stuff. Its different than person who will fix the issue. So some fields like this will be useful if we can add.
2. Also how can we add deadline for the ticket?
3. Can we modify ticket status labels? Like New, Open, Resolved, Hold… Can we change these to say something else?
Thanks again,
Zaur

You'll can change the person responsible, but that is the best way to change if it is a person. You could use tags for this but it would get messy.
No, we do not have deadlines for individual tickets, however you can put a ticket in a milestone and give the milestone a deadline.
Yes, you can change the states available for the tickets - http://help.lighthouseapp.com/kb/ticket-workflow/can-i-customize-ti...
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,

I see. What about ticket priority? Like normal, high… or colors for tickets identifying this?

Priorities aren't customizable, you should be seeing the option for high/medium/low as a field on tickets if you have enabled priorities. The ticket overview shows the ticket priority as a colored dot.
Thanks,
Nicole

If you go to your account settings you'll see a checkbox midway down the screen, click that to enable priorities for your account.
