High Priority Alert
If someone on our team creates a new ticket and sets the importance to HIGH, is there a way for all members to be alerted automatically. OR does the person posting the ticket need to ADD people in manually?

They need to add people. We don't have that degree of customization.
If you really need this, you could write a webhook - you could do anything, from email through to using an arduino to rapidly flash the lights on and off in your office.
You could also make a ticket bin that's just high priority tickets that shows up in everyone's sidebar. We try to minimize the amount of noise that comes over email, though.
