A User has left the company. How do I remove him from our Lighthouse Account?
I need to do is switch off the User's access to our Lighthouse system but still preserve input he has made on tickets in the system. I've changed "Who's Responsible?" on open tickets to re-assign them to other Users, and have removed access rights to all products from this user. Now the User's account is no longer listed so I can't do anything else, like reset his password, or delete the User.
Have I done enough? What else should I be doing?
Public Discussions throw up a reference to this URL: http://help.lighthouseapp.com/faqs/account-management/how-do-i-remove-users-from-my-account but the Tender system won't let me view it even though I am logged in.

In order to remove a user, just unchecked their permissions options in the Access & Permissions are of your Lighthouse account. The user will no longer be listed on that page after the settings have been saved. They will no longer have the permissions to view your account or receive further updates from tickets they were associated with.

Ref the URL on the public discussions, I searched for "Delete User". On the results page ( http://help.lighthouseapp.com/search/discussions?q=delete+user ) its in the third or forth result digest ("Comment 10 by Nicole")

That link is no longer valid? constantly redirects me to a log in even though I am already logged in :?

I believe it's a bug in our support system, that link is a drafted article as part of the UI changed and I have to rewrite it as soon as possible. Sorry for the deal link being misleading. We'll try to get it fixed over the weekend.
