Messages
I am new to Lighthouse and after reviewing the Knowledge Base/FAQ section have a few questions regarding messages.
Is there a way to link a message to a ticket, so that when "notes"/addtional detail needs added it can be done via the message functionality? Or do all updates to ticket have to be captured in the ticket itself?

I'm sorry, messages do not have the ability to be linked directly to a ticket. All updates to a ticket tare captured within the response area to the actual ticket.
