How to @mention in Tickets
Is there a way to @mention another user in a ticket? For example, if a ticket is assigned to user #1, but I want to make sure user #2 is alerted to a comment in the ticket how would I go about getting the attention of user #2?
Thanks!

We don't have @mentions, but you can change the notifications for the ticket at the bottom of the ticket form (a text link that says "Change Notifications") and add the user in question to the ticket. This will add them as a watcher on the ticket and they will receive notifications on the future comments on the ticket.
Thanks,
Nicole
