Drag and drop functionality, or upload multiple files at once?
Is it possible to drag and drop files into a lighthouse ticket, or possibly select more than one file at a time to upload into a ticket? Out business often has to upload multiple files for tickets, and doing each one separately is time-consuming.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Mike -
At this time, you'll need to click on the "add attachment" green button for the attachment and then you can drag your file onto that once you see "choose file". Not as quick as multiple uploads, but a bit more efficient than browsing through directories for the file.
