How do I edit users display name

When adding a user, there is no way to define First / Last the email itself (which doesn't necessary correlate with name or meaningful username) is displayed. How do I edit?

   Chris -

   You won't be able to do it when you invite, but they can edit their own profile once they've created their profile.
