Help with installing Warehouse app

I have a Norwegian web host that supports both Subversion and Ruby. How can I install Warehouse on this server? I have absolutely no experience with Ruby, and find it hard to follow the instructions you guys give, but it would be so awesome if I could get it to work. So I would appreciate it if someone could give me a simple guide to set it up.
