About Ticketing
So I'm trying to setup an issue tracking system for my users so that if they're having any IT-related issue, they can submit a ticket and I can follow up. It seems like I have to create an account for every user in order for them to be able to log a ticket in the system. Is there a simple link they can email instead of having individual logins for submitting tickets?

Users would need Lighthouse user profiles to email into a project. You might take a look at Tender (tenderapp.com) which is built more for customer service and allows for anon/non logged users submit issues via email.
