URL with a trailing period is encoded wrong
Since Tender seems to auto-link URLs, I'm going to change "http" to "guuq" so that how I type this bug so that the real intent is clear.
While typing a bug description, I entered a sentence like this:
The URL of this page is guuq://www.something.com/abc/def/ghi.
What I get back is something like this:
The URL of this page is guuq://www.something.com/ab...>
And the link has "%3C/p" added on the end of it.

(I can provide the real URL that I typed if necessary, but it's a private one.)

Oops, I should have put this in "Problems", not "Questions".
