Admin Rights and Persmissions
Is it possible to give a few users admin rights and allow them to open tickets/projects..etc, while all other users who are not the admin can post tickets (but as drafts), or non-approved tickets? Meaning the admin user would first need to verify the ticket before assigning it or making it available to all users to work on?

Hi Dusan,
Unfortunately, this is not possible. All members can create tickets.
The way we usually do this is by having an app for support, and we are the one who create the tickets for users, and update them when things get resolved.
