What is a member? Users vs. Devs
Hello,
I'm curious who is a "memeber" of a project? Specifically, I assume that I'm a memeber if I'm part of the dev/project team. But, am I a member if I'm just a user who wants to file a ticket on a problem? Can anonymous users file tickets?
Regards,
Tom

Hi Tom,
There are account members (people that you invite, managed by your Access and Permissions section) and then there are Lighthouse users.
If your project is public, any anonymous user can see your tickets, messages and pages without having a Lighthouse user profile. Only those people with a Lighthouse user profile can create new tickets on a public account. Only people with user profiles that are members of your account can create new messages or pages on a public account.
You must invite members to private projects. No one would be able to have access to your account/private project without an invite from you.
Hope this helps! Let us know if you have further questions.
Best,
Brandi
