Merge Discussions
If a duplicate ticket is created, how can I merge the new (child/secondary/duplicate) ticket into the main (parent/primary) ticket?

We don't have a merge feature in Lighthouse. You'd just need to copy relevant info from child ticket and place it in the parent ticket. Or you could just link out to the child ticket from the parent ticket by using the ticket as a reference number, like
#1234. This links ticket 1234 (or whatever the ticket number is).Let us know if you have any thing other questions.
