Searching for a text in body of ticket
How do I search for specific text in the contents of all tickets? For example: I want to find the ticket that had a bug with "concurrency". How can I say: find me all tickets where the text has the word concurrency in it.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

You should just be able to type the word "currency" into the search field and hit return. Are you getting inaccurate results back?

Excellent! It was just too obvious :) I think something in the FAQ would help though. Also, how do I do a case sensitive search?
