How to I add a watcher to a ticket?
I need to be able to add someone to a ticket, so they are notified about updates.
How do I do this?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hi Mike,
At the bottom of the ticket you'll see Change notifications. Click on that and check the appropriate boxes.
