Warehouse "Browser" tab

I recently setup an installation of warehouse. I can see "Browser", "Activity", and "Admin". However, any member that I add, after giving them read or read/write access, only sees "Activity" and not the browser. What do I need to do to make this tab visible to them?

    Nevermind -- I was on the master warehouse page, not the repository page.
