Image attachments
A. Is it possible to change the default action of clicking on a
image attached to a ticket? Open in a new window?
B. Anyway to default attached images as inline and display
them?

A) people like to control that themselves (i.e. open in new tab, new window, etc) so we don't define a behavior
B) Currently: no*. In the near future: yes.

Hey look, we just shipped thumbnails inline. It is still up to you to ctr-click, or whatever, to open in a new tab/window.
