custom ticket state (completed/review)
Is there a way to add a custom ticket state “completed/review”? This would be the state we set the ticket to after fixing it and reassigning it to the person that created the ticket so they know to check it out.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

If you click go on your project and then click the edit project link in the blue navigation bar...
on the next page you will see the ability to create and edit custom Lighthouse states.
