Adding fields to create a bespoke ticket template
Hi there,
Can you tell me if it is possible to add fields to the out of the box ticket template? I have several additional pieces of metadata that I would like to track in my tickets such as: priority, severity, required development effort, which is not possible if it is merely added into the description so I was wondering if it is possible to add fields.
Is this possible?

Hi Dan,
Unfortunately, the UI is not configurable at the moment, and since there is limited space, we can't add all the fields.
