Can I add a severity level?
I want to be able to add a severity level to our tickets, based on a 1-5 scale. This will help my team decide what is more important, to keep production moving at a fast pace. Is this possible?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

We have priority states of High/Medium/Low available to our Bronze level plans and higher. You wouldn't be able to customize those states however.
