Shared Ticket Bins
Hi. I have deleted two of my Shared Ticket Bins that appear in the top right side of the screen. One of them was "This week's tickets" and the other I can not recall. Can I possibly retrieve them or set them up again?

Shared ticket bins are just saved search queries. If you recreate the search, you'll see the option to "Save Search as Ticket Bin". Click on that and you'll see the option to "share" the bin.
